I lost to Matt in the most epic Madden game of all time... the Mud Bowl.

This weekend I get a chance to atone for that loss in the biggest intra-LM clash in more than a decade.

Coach Boom's MF'ers v. Terrell Eldorados.

Winner goes to the Sanchez Bowl.

If you've ever heard the story of the Mud Bowl told, preferrably after a couple beers, it is priceless.

It is truly a verbal anecdote that parallels few.

I also like the story of the guy who accidentally pressed the wrong button and ran himself out of bounds at the 1 yard line to lose the game as time expired.

I could see Kevin Smith making a very funny, low-budget movie out of that semester. We'd need to hire the NFL Films guy to narrate the Mud Bowl scene.

I have no control over Brandon Jacobs being a p-word and not giving it a go or for Peyton Bitch-Ass Manning not throwing to Anthony Gonzalez.

Or for that bullshit TD at the end of the game in Baltimore last night.
