I don't care for the glasses of beer underneath the names. It's a bit too much. It's annoying and cheap looking.

About the glasses of beer, how about removing the ghost looking empty ones. It looks like everybody has 5 of them anyways until you look closer and see the annoying empty ones.

Just give everyone a full glass of beer as they earn them except for you omertas since you would have 5 of them anyways.

Soldier = 1 full glass of beer with no empty ones
Associate = 2
Capo = 3
and yada yada yada
