Does anyone have any suggestions on a garmet steamer? I am in the market for one and wanted to know if anyone has had any positive or negative experience with a particular brand. Thoughts?

A Cleveland Steamer?

We actually want to buy one of those, too.

Not a Cleveland Steamer.

I need one.

I bought one a couple of years ago at a kiosk in the mall for use on my trip to China. It worked excellent. You added some water and a little bit of salt. My buddy forgot to rinse it out after we used it. The next time he used it, it steamed his white button down polo with rust water.

We saw one at Macy's tonight for $29, but I'm not sure what brands are best.

Not sure what brands are best either.

That cheap one that I bought worked really good. You just need to rinse the salt water out of it after each use.

On trips lately, I just fire up the shower to scalding hot and hang my shirts on the shower curtain pole.

A very good trick that I use to minimize wrinkles is to use the plastic bags that your dry cleaning comes in. Never throw those away. Stock pile them.

Take 1 shirt and place it in the plastic bag. Then roll your shirt up in it. Do this to all your shirts and pants that tend to wrinkle easy. Place them in your suitcase. You will be amazed at the 99% wrinkle free garment that you unwrap upon arrival to your destination.

btw, I think I'm dying. I breathed to much spider killer spray a few minutes ago.

I think I am going to pick this one up. Seems pretty decent.

Great thread. I'm also in the market. Be sure to keep us updated.
why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.
