Plaid Shorts

Postby ChevyHDGert on Tue Jun 12, 2007 1:33 pm

Wife got me some plaid shorts to wear with a solid navy polo type shirt.

Tucked or untucked?

Nikes with no show socks or leather flip flops?

Untucked, no doubt.

Either footwear is fine (as long as your tennis shoes look fine) but I tend to lean towards sandals.

That's just me.

why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.

Untucked.

Personal preference on the shoes...just make sure if you go with the Nikes that they don't clash with the shorts.

Untucked for casual wear but if you plan on attending an outdoor cook-out or clam-bake at a country club or beach club, I suggest tucking it in. The leather flip-flops should suffice just fine.

Don't be tucking in with tennis shoes.

If you opt for the tuck in, sandals are necessary.

Very much agreed.

A tuck-in with tennis shoes should only happen on the tennis court... and you wouldn't wear plaid shorts on a tennis court anyways.
