Longhorn Cap, Not Burnt Orange

Postby ChevyHDGert on Fri Sep 08, 2006 7:09 am

For all the fashion experts out there, I recently bought a fitted Longhorn cap that is navy blue just because it matches more of my everyday clothes that I can wear it with.

So is it fashion suicide to wear anything Texas Longhorns that is not burnt orange?

And is it fashion suicide to wear a navy blue Longhorn cap with a burnt orange T-shirt?

I know I don't post much over here but I knew the fashion forum would be able to help me out.

Dude... you're asking about "fashion"?

C'mon man... you're ChevyHDGert. You get to wear whatever you want (btw... my favorite Texas cap I've ever owned was khaki, so navy is not a problem).

And you should post over here more.

Blue is fine. Good complimenting color.

Yah, I think it is perfectly fine, especially if it is for mostly non-gameday activities. Nothing wrong with switching it up. I would be careful with a navy hat with an orange shirt - both are strong colors.

I did the navy hat with the orange shirt to the last half of the season last year.

I thought it looked pretty good.

Depends on which hat and which shirt.

Navy hat should have the white logo. But looks good.
why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.
