The wife and I watch 'Top Chef' together. The first season was better than the current one, but it's still pretty entertaining.

1. The OC
2. The occasional 90210 rerun
3. Very occasional snippets on Monday Night Raw
4. My Boys, when I'm bored and remember to check out TBS On Demand

That's really it. The other network shows I watch (24, The Office, Friday Night Lights, Studio 60) aren't really "guilty pleasure" fare.

I watch a lot "trash" documenteries on NGC, Discovery, History and AE, I guess.

1. Real Housewives of Orange County
2. Miami Ink

Every thing else I watch I wouldn't call a guilty pleasure.

GREAT call on Good Eats. Elton (or Alton) Brown is greatness. Everytime it's on when I'm flipping through, I watch.

Only shows that I watch not on HBO are Grey's and FNL.

Good Eats... Emeril Live, occassionally.
why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.

I find myself watching Good Eats even he's preparing shit I don't like. That is saying something.

I also watch that Cowboys Cheerleader show on CMT when it's on and there's nothing else on...but don't feel too damn guilty about it...

1. Real Housewives of Orange County
2. King of Cars
3. Dog
4. Girls Next Door
5. Howard Stern on Demand

#'s 1 through 4 are shows I *should* feel guilty about, but don't.
#5 is the only one that I feel embarassed about enjoying.

Matt and I have a new one...We got sucked into the Real Housewives of Orange County marathon yesterday. I think we watched 4 straight hours. Now I have to add it to the dvr schedule. :)

I don't actively get into Dancing with the Stars, but I do casually watch it, but who can blame me when she is on the show?

I confess...the wife and I watch it regularly! These two are pretty darn good and she is definitely eye-candy!
