Terrible afternoon. Fowler and Walker had Sergio and Rory on the ropes the whole match and kept letting then hang around. Phil couldn't make shit with the putter. And I love Bradley's intensity, but you gotta be able to reign it in. He was swinging for the moon with the driver.

The Fowler/Walker halve was devastating. Absolutely needed that one.

I'm no Patrick Reed fan, but we need more if that guy on this team. Somebody who has some fire and seems to actually give a shit. Billy Horschel comes to mind, good thing we took Webb Fucking Simpson over him.

I thought Watson was a pretty terrible Captian. Made some real headscratchers on his captains picks, made some awful decisions on who to sit, and the pairings were just weird.

Bring back Azinger or try to talk Boom Boom into running the team next time. Get more young firey guys like Reed and Horschel involved, and hope guys like Furky, Bubba, and Kuchar don't qualify. Nothing against those guys as they're great golfers, but they're just not cut out for this type of event.

Ryder Cup is stupid.

Americans overthink and over analyze it. It's just damn golf. It's an individual deal. The captain/coach is simply a bus-driver. Not a psychoanalyst.

Tell the guys what time to show up. Make some pairings. Play golf.

Hit one shot at a time try to beat the other guy. Very simple.

No purpose in running around with headsets on during round. They can't help any and all the damage has already been done over-analyzing and over-coaching every aspect of this.

Furthermore it's an exhibition. Let them have fun. Play with who they want to. Relax.

I absolutely hate it. I've Played golf for 37 years and love to watch Major Championships and even some college and amateur stuff but the Ryder Cup is brutal and I can't take it. The idiots build this thing up like it's actual Pan-Atlantic War.

The attention to detail is amazing and also stifling. It shouldn't be one size fits all, those guys don't work like that. They each need freedom to do what they are professionals at doing. Let them play golf. No reason they have to travel together either who cares how they get there. There is no relevance to team building or whatever. It's actually counter-productive. This is an individual game, period. Pairings can matter but that takes one day not two years. The players should decide anyway.

Man, I absolutely hate that event.
