2012 Fantasy draft thread.

Had the 13th pick in a 14 team league. Was praying to everything Holy that a QB bonanza would kinda break out and I could somehow end up with Calvin Johnson at 13 and Stafford at 16. Didn't come even close. QB bonanza happened but it resulted in Johnson going 3 picks before me and Stafford going 2 picks before me. So here is where I ended up.

Nothing like I had planned at all, but pretty happy with my team in that deep of a league. Need MJD to get over this holdout pretty quick. Still a little frustrated about not taking Benson but it is what it is. Took a flyer late on Gabbert, dude has looked pretty nails in preseason and that has been without MJD.

Oh you mean our league that I dominated last year despite yours and Ramsey's best efforts to sabotage me by failing to inform me that I had no first round draft pick, and Josh fucking Freeman as a keeper? That league?

No TEs left. Graham and Gronk went in the 2nd round. Gates and Finley in the 3rd. Wasn't taking one that early. By the time it was time to take one it was Fred Davis or Tamme. Decided to take the chance on Tamme being Manning's security blanket this year over hoping RG3 will produce.

Yeah, Manning will probably like to throw it to Tamme a bit.

What about Vernon Davis? Tony Goznalez? Brandon Pettigrew?

Those guys all went well before where I had them slotted. We have a bit of a freak out league here. One guy takes a QB everybody else does too, same with TE.

Well when your two second round picks are MJD and Greg Jennings who both haven't played in a month and won't play for a other month it's pretty impossible to recover in that deep of a league. Hence the fire sale I currently have going on with my roster! Nobody is off limits just looking to stockpile picks for next year.
