The Revenant

Just saw The Revenant (2015) yesterday...terrific film IMO. DiCaprio should get Best Actor Oscar, Cinematography as well, and maybe more.
I didn't realize this film was a remake of Man in the Wilderness (1971) with Richard Harris.
And based on a true story.

Awesome movie. Cinematography was excellent. A few gruesome but great scenes. Wasn't exactly true to the real story, but that's Hollywood for you. Great job by all the actors. The actual story took really place in the summer not during winter.

Heard it was awesome!

Looking forward to seeing it.

Side Note: I LOVED STAR WARS =D> =D> =D>
why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.

My thoughts are documented in the main movie thread, but if you're going to see it go see it on the big screen. For all its faults its looked great on the big screen.
