A hit-or-miss hodgepode of hyperbolicism...

Well penned.

Just going to put this here as an FYI

Yahoo/Rivals/Orangebloods is a damn criminal enterprise.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for 2-3 years and somehow they keep finding a way to charge me. I swear the previous card on file expired and somehow they are able to hit me again anyway. $99.95 every December.

The customer support phone doesn't work, they want email and chat only.... which they ignore or just lie to you. Or it will time out like nothing ever happened, and they certainly don't respond to emails. They keep phone numbers alive just so they can play a recording that yahoo doesn't take phone calls.

Where it might help you guys, is if you get upset via chat and tell them to cancel, they start offering a bunch of free stuff. Nobody should be paying more than half price, or at minimum get 4-6 months free annually. Which makes it even more bullshit for me, because I've always declined the offers. Should have accepted them if they were going to charge me anyway.
