Forgot to mention we watched all of The O.A. recently.

Not sure what commentary I should add to that if any, but choose nothing.

We did watch the whole season. You'd think someone who did that would know what they thought. Especially when that person has an opinion about everything.

Buch and tamut- Did either of y'all stick with Taboo? I haven't watched since episode 2. Is it worth catching up on?

I did....thought the entire season was great, so definitely worth watching IMO....last couple of episodes were awesome....great finish....can't wait for next season.

Anyone else watching Legion? It's not what I expected, but it's pretty awesome....definitely recommend it.

I stuck it out on Taboo. I enjoyed the season. The finale was explosive. Hopefully they will bring it back.

Watched Feud: Betty and Joan the other night... it was pretty good. Sarandon and Lange are going to wreck shop if the 1st episode is any indicator. Alfred Molina is in it...along with Catherina Zeta-Jones,Kathy Bates, Stanley Tucci

Great time of year... The Americans is back on. Fargo is starting soon. Archer is starting up again soon. Edited to include Better Call Saul as well...

We made short work of the Santa Clarita Diet on Netflix. Silly and stupid but it was entertaining.

Anybody watching Legion? I am not currently watching it.

Watched the first episode of Feud as well. I'll probably keep watching but I don't see how they get 8 episodes out of this.

Also: No Game of Thrones until July? F that.

My understanding was that since it's winter now they had to push back filming a few months to accommodate.

I can't watch EXCUSES.

I blame Lena Dunham.

Just watched episode 3. I'm guessing "I apologize for the fact that I am not related to you but you could allow your cunt to swallow the work of an honest man who will promise to buy you the finest china if you would just stop fucking bleeding" has never been said on television before and never will be again.

Big Little Lies was fantastic. Watched all 7 yesterday and today. Go watch it before you see any spoilers.

Is it weird that I no longer find myself interested in TV shows? Recently I get home and don't even turn the thing on until bedtime and then it's usually just the news. Am I just getting old?

It's weird, yes. I don't think it has anything to do with getting old. I have never seen any data that suggests age demographics correlate with not watching tv. You don't even watch sports?

I wouldn't say it's weird. You're just doing different things with your time right now. My viewing habits have been different lately but I wouldn't say I'm no longer interested in shows. I'm watching more movies lately, watching fewer shows in real time, finishing fewer of the shows I start and taking longer to get to the end of what I do watch.

I'll pick Silicon Valley and Game of Thrones back up when those start. The only other thing I'm watching live right now is the final season of Archer. Need to catch up on Better Call Saul and finish up the last season of House of Cards.

To answer your question Drew yes I will flip on the games from time to time, but I don't really sit down and watch them. I've watched maybe 3 innings of baseball so far this year. Part of that was being out of town though. I watched very little of the Stars this year. I was locked into the Masters of course. But like actual shows I just don't find myself wanting to invest in anymore. For instance I LOVE The Americans, but I haven't cared at all to watch a single episode this season.

Speaking of, I recently cut the cord as well. Dumped Uverse and it's the best decision I've ever made. I signed up for Play Station vue and I'm streaming it through Roku boxes. The picture is a million times better and I have had zero problems streaming so far. My uverse was absolute garbage and would go out at least once a week. I was up to $245 a month for my uverse bill. Now I'm upgraded to the 100 MPBS internet and have Vue for $90.

I agree that Uverse is garbage but I can't get rid of it because I watch the Astros every day.

I get FSSW through Vue so I'm covered for all the local teams. Hell I even get LHN through Vue.

Finished Taboo this morning. Very deliberate/plodding pace but I really enjoyed it. The last two episodes were extremely well done. Looking forward to see where things go in season 2.

Silicon Valley is solid so far.

I liked the first episode of American Gods but I figured they'd get farther along in the book than they did since they only have eight episodes to get through everything if they intend to get through the whole thing in Season 1. I wasn't sure how well it would play on TV but it comes across as some kind of weird fever dream.
